Clínica Dental El Corte Inglés Colón Sanitas

Possibly the worst dentist I've been to here in Valencia. They didn't believe me when I told them I was resistant to local anesthesia and then proceeded to do a complex root canal without sufficient pain relief. The dentist didn't seem to care about the pain I was enduring, and had to keep giving me more injections. She was just laughing with her assistant. Every time they drilled into a root was agony and the dentist didn't seem to care. I've never been to a dentist that had so little care for their patient. It was a traumatic and awful experience.

Went for a cleaning and exam. The cleaning was just ok - quick and mechanical. The exam was non-existent. They took X-rays then moved me to the exam room. The dentist came in and said everything is fine. When I mentioned I had two teeth that are sensitive she said it’s just because I grind my teeth. This isn’t news. I’ve used a night guard for many years. She never even looked in my mouth, but they did try and sell me a pricey mouth guard even though I said I already have one. The “exam” lasted all of 2 minutes.

I am an American expat here in Spain and this dentist office was perfect for me! The dentist and all of the dental assistants were friendly and spoke great English! I was able to make a last minute appointment and had a great experience.

They have wasted my time after waiting a long time to get an appointment. I have been and they have not attended to me for I don't know what problem. They say they called me this morning but they haven't spoken to me. Gentlemen, you can leave spoken messages on the answering machines. I am very upset and of course I will not return.

Excellent. Very clean place, with all biosecurity measures, the staff is very attentive, friendly. It is a good place to come to everything related to Dentistry, I say it because I am very nervous and it scares me a lot to come to the dentist 🦷
